Patients Voice – Patient Participation Group

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a voice for patients at Clapham Family Practice. It works with the practice to help deliver a better service and experience for all patients and staff. It also helps to ensure that there is a way for staff and patients to communicate about things that need to be changed.

The PPG holds regular meetings, which all patients are welcome to attend.

Next meeting:

The next meeting will take place in the practice offices on a date in January 2023 (to be confirmed).  All are welcome but please email claphamfamilyppg@gmail.com before attending so that we can plan a safe meeting space.

Please let us know your opinion about current arrangements for fixing appointments with our GPs? Do you use e-consult? Do you use the Patient Access app or the NHS app? Do you find the current telephone “filter” arrangements satisfactory? Do you think that phone appointments can solve most problems and that face-to-face appointments should be reserved for more serious cases? Would you like to see a return to the days when the normal system was a visit to the surgery?
