Appointments
How to request an appointment
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get the right care.
You can contact us:
- Online using our online consultation service – Contact Your GP Online
- Through the NHS App
- By telephone if you cannot use our online services or prefer to speak to someone
If you do not have the NHS App, you can still use our online consultation service through our website. We may contact you by Accurx text message if we need to respond to your request.
What happens after you contact us?
When you contact us, we may ask about your symptoms or what you need help with. This helps us arrange the most appropriate care.
You may be offered an appointment with a GP, Nurse, Clinical Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, or other appropriate healthcare professional.
You do not need to know which healthcare professional you need to see. Our team will help direct you to the right service.
Need urgent help?
If you have an urgent health problem that cannot wait, please tell us when you contact the practice.
When we are closed, contact NHS 111 for urgent medical advice.
Call 999 or go to A&E for a life-threatening emergency.
Using the NHS App
Where available, you can use the NHS App to book an appointment, view and manage appointments, and contact the practice about a health problem. If you cannot find a suitable appointment online, please contact us.
Cannot use online services?
That’s okay. Please telephone the practice if you do not have access to the internet, need help using online services, or have a disability or communication need that makes online contact difficult.
We can discuss the best way to help you.
Please cancel if you cannot attend
If you no longer need your appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible.
This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may need it.
