GP Access in the Evenings

Evening appointments

Clapham Family Practice is part of the Clapham Primary Care Network (PCN).

As part of this service, additional appointments are available Monday to Friday between 4:00pm and 8:00pm.

These appointments are in addition to our usual practice appointments and provide more flexibility if you need an appointment outside our normal clinic times.

Evening appointments may be provided at Clapham Family Practice.

Who can I see?

Depending on your needs, you may be offered an appointment with a GP, Nurse, Clinical Pharmacist, Physiotherapist or other appropriate healthcare professional.

The healthcare professional you see will have access to the information they need to provide safe and appropriate care.

How do I book an evening appointment?

Please contact us through our online consultation service or telephone the practice.
Our Care Navigation Team will help you access the most appropriate appointment.
