Due to the current pandemic and in line with government advice and guidelines we have moved to online (video or e-consult) or telephone appointments to reduce the spread of covid-19 in our community to meet your health needs. The GP will arrange a face-to-face appointment during your phone call or online consultation if they need to see you.
The Clapham Manor Street Surgery is closed temporarily from Wednesday 18th March – the telephone lines will be diverted to the main site.
The Emergency Walk in Clinic is closed from Wednesday 18th March – Please ring the practice 02030496600 and we will arrange for a doctor to call you back for urgent problems and arrange to see you the same day if needed.
We are still booking practice nurse appointments for: childhood vaccinations, injections, dressings and stitch removal.
It is very important to continue routine immunisations for children, we cannot afford to have outbreaks of measles, mumps, rubella etc while the health system is responding to COVID19.
Please only attend the building if you have been advised to do so, otherwise you will be asked to leave the practice and to call to discuss your request.
Please wear a mask if you are attending the surgery or for any face to face consultations; the clinician will also be wearing one too. We do understand that this can sometimes be uncomfortable and difficult but this is to protect all of us and lower the risk of spreading Coronavirus.
Please be patient with us and be aware our telephone lines may be very busy during this period.
Please order a Covid-19 Swab test if you have been requested to do so or experiencing symptoms. You and your household should self-isolate. This is to prevent the spread of the virus and protect us all.
Please be aware this is not being carried out at Clapham Family Practice.
