IMPORTANT MERGER INFORMATION Updated 3/9/2018

We are pleased to announce that the Clapham Family Practice, and Dr. Santamaria & Partner Pracice have now merged. Patients will continue to be able to book with a GP of their choice as usual. The practice will remain on 2 sites, known as The Clapham Family Practice & The Clapham Family Practice @ Manor Health Centre (MHC) Contact numbers for the Practice(s) remain unchanged

There were two successful patient engagement meetings held at the Clapham Family Practice on Clapham High Street, on June 21st and 22nd where patients were able to voice their concerns and join in a Q & A session. Questionnaires were given to all in attendance, and are also available at the Clapham Family Practice @ Manor Health Centre. Any common themes from these completed questionnaires will be addressed and published on this website at a later date.

The Clapham Family Practice Patient Participation Group (the PPG) would like to hear your views.

We are patients of the practice who have volunteered to help to promote good communication between practice staff and patients

 If you provide your email details, we will add them to a contact list so we can invite you to meetings …… and consult you by email when we need patients’ views about important issues.

Important and Required Information

"All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.

 The average pay for GPs working in Clapham Family Practice in the last financial year was £89,147 before tax and National Insurance.
